Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the leading start batsman, wicket-keeper and captain of Indian Cricket Team has captured another award this year.  He is the only Indian player who has been awarded with ‘ICC ODI Player of the Year’. The batsman is really happy at this occasion and says that he is fully motivated to deliver best moments in cricket. He said that he feels extremely happy that he has got his name in one of the best players of the world and he has made the whole India proud of him. Dhoni has not only won the award but he has proved himself in a competition where players like Muhammad Yusuf (Pakistan), Sachin Tendulkar (India) and Nathan Bracken (Australia’s fast bowler). The overall playing history of Dhoni is infested with great achievements and he is an all-time favorite entertainer when in the ground. As a matter of fact, Dhoni is having 1st rank among the list of ODI batsmen as per ICC rankings. He is thankful to all who supported him to become such a brilliant player. Under his captaincy, India has won many prestigious awards like 2007 ICC World Twenty20 and Border-Gavaskar Trophy for the year 2008.
