Pakistan whitewashed England 3-0, humiliating the world number one quite unprecedentedly, thus throwing a sturdy competition with the top four teams though they are in the fifth place.

For the first time since the year of 2007, Pakistan have been in a striking closeness with the top four ICC ranked nations as the ratings shot up from 99 to 108 points.

Misbah-ul-Haq led Pakistan is only three ratings just far from India and Australia and nine good points behind world no 2, South Africa

Ever since England beat India in their home soil, England has been in the top of the ICC ratings.

The Pakistan team has the mettle to make it big and once they become consistent performers, they will be hard to play against.
