The Aussies will have two debutants Mathew Wade and Daniel Christian in the opening match of the Commonwealth Bank Series. The match will be played against India at Melbourne.
With Brad Haddin’s poor run of form, Wade was most likely to get the honors behind the stumps. All-rounder Daniel Christian gets a chance in the squad as he replaces an injured Brett Lee.
The Indian board has decided to rest Virender Sehwg while the master blaster Sachin Tendulkar comes back into the side. He has been out for quite some time now.
The mighty Aussies are likely to start the Commonwealth Bank Series with a victory in their cards.
