England vs Australia Twenty20 match abandoned

The second Twenty20 international between England and Australia couldn’t be played in Manchester because of wet playground due to rain. Before this the first match of the series at Old Trafford was also abandoned due to heavy rain on Saturday.

A large crowd was enthusiastically waiting for the match to begin but both captains decided not to play as rainy playfield was unfit for the match.
