Sri Lanka won the toss and decided to bat first. Thranga and Dilshan opened from the Sri Lankan side. After 35 overs, Sri Lanka are 190 for loss of 2 wickets.

Sri Lanka won the toss and decided to bat first. Dilshan and Tharanga started batting for Sri Lnakan side. Dhoni is not playing this match due to suspension. Yuvraj is also out due to choronic fingure injury. Sehwag is leading the Indian team in this match. Ashish Nehra and Zaheer Khan opened the bowling attack for Indian side.

Dilshan was the first man to go. He was dismissed by Ashish Nehra for just 9 runs. Jayasuria was the next victim. He was out caught by Tendulkar on Zaheer's ball for 15 runs. Tharanga is confident on crease and  scored a century. He is suported by Sangkara who has recently completed his half century. Thanranga is batting brilliantly on 104 and sangakara has scored 55 runs. Its a 118 run stand for third wicket.
