South Africa being the host of the Test series and the ODI series with Sri Lanka has already won the test series with a score of 2-1. This has further excited the 1st ODI between the two teams, which will be played today, and neither of them wants to let go of this series.
Sri Lanka is a formidable opponent and has finished the World Cup of April 2011 as runners up. This poses a tougher challenge to South Africa.
Recently, Sri Lanka has suffered quite a few losses in ODI as well as Test series and hopefully the team will regain the former position and create history in the South Africa’s ODI series.
