Finally Bangladesh beat England by 5 runs

Bangladesh have defeated England by 5 runs. This is their first ODI victory for the year 2010. Shafiul Islam clinches 2 wickets for 38 runs.

Finally Bangladesh have beaten England in the second ODI at Bristol today. This is also their first win in 25 ODIs this year. All credits are for the bowlers, especially Rubel Hossain whose twin strikes right at the top set the tone early on for Bangladesh. Mortaza was also inspirational as a captain. He lead example with the ball and ringing in the right bowling changes.

Razzak and Shakib stifled the flow of runs in the middle and building the pressure on England and picking up 2 wickets a piece in the process. They looked a totally different unit in the field today. This victory would certainly boost their morale. Just when self doubts were beginning to creep in, they have done the unthinkable. No one predicted this result and the series is wide open with 1 game to play. Bangladesh team can be mighty dangerous as England have discovered their new form today.

Mortaza is the Man of the Match for his all round performance. He scored 22 with the bat and took two important wickets.
