New Zealand: 108/4
Australia: 459/5
New Zealand vs Australia
Australia in New Zealand, 2010
Test matches is all about winning each session and that's what the Aussies have done here. Right from the word go, they have been on top and that's put a lot of pressure on the Kiwis. Clarke led the Aussie batting with able assistance from North, who notched up his 4th Test ton. They declared after scoring 459 on the board and in these conditions, that looked a pretty good score. The Aussie bowlers were right on the money picking up 4 important wickets before the close of play. Join us tomorrow for the live coverage of Day 3. Until then, it's good bye from all of us here. Cheers.

Bangladesh: 330/8
Bangladesh vs England
England in Bangladesh, 2010
It has been a great day of test cricket. Shakib, for once, took the right decision to bat first on a featherbed. The Dhaka crowd was treated to an exhibition in aggressive batting from Tamim Iqbal, who fell agonizingly short of being only the fifth person to score a century before lunch. The England spinners, both Swann and Tredwell, pulled things back for England on both sides of the lunch break. Gritty knocks from Mahmudullah, Rahim and Naeem Islam have guided Bangladesh to a wonderful total, although they would be a bit disappointed with the loss of 8 wickets. England will look to dismiss the remaining batsmen and have a bat early on Day 2. The Bangladeshi spinners will relish at the prospect of bowling on this wicket as it is offering turn. Day 2 promises to be another gripping day and we will bring you all the action live. Until then, this is Siddharth signing off. Ciao
